- Call to Order – President Rodriguez called the meeting to order at 6:13pm

- Old Business
- Awards for the Reduce, Recycle and Reuse grants from DEQ will be announced Friday, Jan. 8 – Fingers crossed that we receive grant funds.
- Announcements – Isabel
- IYS extends their Summer Food Program for six more months
- Klamath Falls received Blue Zones status
- There are two new businesses in the neighborhood – Red Roads lead to Wellness (RRW) & MPH Diesel and Automotive Repair. Both businesses are located on East Main. RRW plans to have an open house on Jan. 16
- City Schools planning for in-person learning beginning January 11 – Kaitlin brought up that students will be returning under the hybrid model, meaning they will only be on school grounds for part of the week.
- Federal Parks/National Monuments granting fee-free access on January 18 (MLK, Jr. Day)
- Shout-out to all the Mills residents that decorated for Christmas
- Work session planned for January 19 (next board meeting)
- Public Comment
- Police Chief Henslee will be retiring May 1
- Motion picture filming is planned to happen in our area this spring and summer. Be on the lookout for casting for extras
